FIRST CHECK
Switch on the machine
An acoustic signal device has been installed in the electrical panel.
This signal acoustic actives when switch on the machine (it make an long acoustic signal and at the
same time the buzzer lights up).
Information
Reactivation button.
Reactivation power in the wrapping machine.
When an error involving a Stop occurs, once it has been removed the cause that
has generated the error, it is necessary press the Reactivation button to restore
the power in the panel.
Pressing Reactivation button one time, the machine will do an continue beep
simultaneously with an continue flash on the buzzer.
Alarms to check their functionality:
1. Check the functionality of the EMERGENCY button (Fig.2) and Reactivation button (Fig.2)

2. Check the functionality of the SAFETY DEVICE for the horseshoe (Fig.1 / 2)

- If you place an obstacle between the photocell and the reflector, the machine must not start (1).
(Fig.1).
- Start the machine and, during rotation, place a mechanical block in position 2. (Fig.2).
The machine must stop in emergency.
