For fryers at elevations at or above 5,000 feet (1524 meters), call Frymaster Service (1-800-
551-8633) to determine the components appropriate for your configuration and altitude. Contact
your local FAS to order the components and arrange for installation. For fryers below 5000 feet
(1524 meters), see the kits listed below for conversion.
