Open the Tray 5 (bypass) and remove the
remaining paper on the tray.

Grasp both sides of the Tray 5 (bypass), and
then pull the tray from the machine.

Pull out the Tray 1 halfway from the machine
until it stops.

Hold the Tray 1 with both hands, and remove it
from the machine.

Remove the jammed paper.
