Open the Tray 6 top cover.

Remove the jammed paper.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the Tray 6.

Close the top cover.

Gently put the Tray 6 back into position.

Pull out the Tray 6.

Remove the jammed paper.

Push the tray in gently until it stops.
