Copper pipes

oilislessthan40 mg/10m.Donot usecopperpipeshaving acollapsed,deformedor
discoloredportion (especially onthe interior surface). Otherwise,the expansion valueor
capillarytubemaybecomeblockedwithcontaminants.
AsanairconditionerusingR410AincurspressurehigherthanwhenusingR22,itisneces-
sary
tochooseadequatematerials.
WARNING
•Donotusetheexisting(forR22)pipingandarenuts.
Iftheexistingmaterialsareused,thepressureinsidetherefrigerantcyclewillriseand
causefailure,injury,etc.(UsethespecialR410Amaterials.)
•Use(rellorreplacewith)speciedrefrigerant(R410A)only.Useofunspeciedrefrig-
erantcancauseproductmalfunction,burst,orinjury.
•Donotmixanygasorimpuritiesexceptspeciedrefrigerant(R410A).Inowofairor
applicationofunspeciedmaterialmakestheinternalpressureoftherefrigerantcycle
toohigh,andmaycauseproductmalfunction,burstofpiping,orinjury.
