In this case, pull the power plug out of the mains outlet, wait approximately 3 minutes, plug it back into a properly grounded mains outlet, and switch the device on again.

If the time and date are repeatedly wrong when you switch your device off and then on, the lithium battery may be empty. In this case, change the lithium battery.
