  If the power-on indicator on your Fujitsu Desktop is unlit, the mains voltage supply could be faulty. Check that the power cable is properly plugged into the device and a grounded mains outlet, and then switch the device on. Alternatively, the internal power supply might be overloaded. Unplug the device from the mains socket, wait a moment, plug it back into a grounded outlet, and switch the device on.

Why is my Fujitsu Desktop monitor blank?

  Your Fujitsu Desktop monitor might be blank because it is switched off. Please, switch it on. It is also possible that power saving has been activated. In this case, press any key on the keyboard, or deactivate the screen saver. If necessary, enter the appropriate password. Another reason might be that the brightness control is set to dark, so adjust the brightness control. Finally, check that the power cable is properly connected to the monitor and to a grounded mains outlet or to the monitor socket of the device and that the device power cable is properly plugged into the device and a grounded mains outlet. After checking the connections, switch on the monitor and the device.

  If your Fujitsu Desktop cannot be switched off with the ON/OFF switch, it might not have been switched on with the switch initially, so try pressing the ON/OFF switch again. Alternatively, the system may have crashed. In this case, press and hold the ON/OFF switch for at least 4 seconds until the device switches off. Note that this will not shut down the operating system properly, and error messages may appear the next time the system is booted.

How do I fix no mouse pointer on my Fujitsu Desktop?

  If there is no mouse pointer displayed on the screen of your Fujitsu Desktop, the mouse may not be correctly connected. Shut down the operating system properly, switch the device off, and check that the mouse cable is properly connected to the system unit. Also, if you are using an adapter or extension lead, check those connections. Make sure that only one mouse is connected, and then switch the device back on. Another possible cause is that the mouse controller is not enabled. Check in the BIOS Setup that the mouse controller is enabled and that the mouse driver is properly installed and present when the application program is started.
