Important Safety Instructions
This unit requires an A C adapter to operate. Use only UL listed I.T.E. adapters with an output rating of 19 VDC, minimum 3.16A (60W) for the system and
4.22A (80W) for the Port Replicator. The current rating is determined by the graphics card used in the system, and is indicated on the Fujitsu label on the
bottom of the system.
AC adapter output polarity:
When using y our note book equipment, basic safety precautions should always be followed t o reduce the risk of re , electric shock and injury to persons,
including the following:
• Do not use this product near water for example, near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink or laundry tub, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool.
• Do not use the modem to report a gas leak in the vicinity of the leak.
• CAUTION: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
