Analysis
You have two analysis options:
• The quick test is used to test the hardware components of your computer in a short time.
• The detailed test is used to test the hardware components of your computer in-depth. The test
can last several hours.
In both cases the results of the test are displayed. If problems have occurred, you are shown options
of eliminating these

During the test the screen can flicker or be dark.
If the CD/DVD drive is to be tested, please insert a functioning CD/DVD
(not an audio CD).
Perform analysis
How to perform the analysis:
► Start SystemDiagnostics.
► In the navigation click on the symbol Quick analysis or Detailed analysis.
► To view the result of the last analysis click on Last result in the navigation bar.
► Select the hardware components you want to test by clicking on the appropriate boxes so as to
mark or unmark the required entries in the list.
► If you want to abort the test, click on the Cancel symbol/entry in the status line.
► Start the analysis by clicking on the Click here to start the tests symbol/entry.
The analysis is started.
In the dialog window you are shown the following information:
• the status of the tests of the selected hardware components
• the progress of the test of the current component
• the total time taken for the tests.
► In order to stop the test click on the Pause button.
The test is interrupted and can be re-activated with the Continue button.
► To stop the test of a previously selected component click on Skip test.
► To stop the ongoing analysis click on Cancel tests.
