What to do if the main flame fails on my FULTON Endura?
    • U
      ujensenAug 20, 2025
If the main flame fails in your FULTON Boiler, possible causes include ignition issues (visually verify spark and replace igniter or transformer if needed), an improperly set gas valve (verify the last elbow gas pressure matches the start up report), flame detector failure (visually verify the flame, check the flame detector eye, and replace the scanner if necessary), insufficient gas supply (verify manual shut-off valves are open and adjust incoming gas pressure), a blocked gas filter (replace the gas filter), or a blocked air supply (verify venting is not obstructed and the filter is not plugged).

Why does the High Back Pressure Switch trip on my FULTON Endura Boiler?
    • L
      lbatesAug 23, 2025
If the High Back Pressure Switch trips and causes your FULTON Boiler to shut down, it could be due to excessive vent pressure. This condition will automatically recycle, so the boiler will attempt to relight. You should check the venting for obstructions and clean it. Also, verify the switch setting.

What does it mean when the Gas Pressure alarm is annunciated on my FULTON Endura?
    • J
      Jason DavisAug 26, 2025
If a Gas Pressure alarm is annunciated on your FULTON Boiler, it indicates either insufficient gas pressure or gas pressure to the manifold is too high. This will shut down the burner. When gas pressure is restored, the alarm will remain on, and the boiler will remain locked out until the gas pressure switch is manually reset. Locate the cause and correct it. If there is a high gas manifold pressure condition, qualified service personnel must correct the problem before restarting the boiler.

What causes the main flame to fail during firing period in my FULTON Boiler?
    • C
      Craig TorresAug 28, 2025
If the main flame fails during the firing period of your FULTON Boiler, it could be that the main gas control valve is de-energized, causing the control to enter “lockout” mode and illuminating the flame failure indicator. The programmer must be manually reset, and you should check the wire connections.

What should I do if the high water temp alarm is annunciated on my FULTON Endura Boiler?
    • G
      guerradouglasAug 31, 2025
If the high water temperature alarm is annunciated on your FULTON Boiler, the boiler water has exceeded both the operating and high-limit temperatures. Even when the water temperature falls below the high-limit, the boiler will remain locked out until the controller is manually reset. You should locate the cause and correct it. Once the control is reset, the sequence returns to normal operation provided that the other limits are satisfied.

What should I do if the Manual Reset limit device trips on my FULTON Boiler?
    • S
      Samantha JonesSep 2, 2025
Manual Reset Limits include flame safeguard, high or low gas pressure, and high temperature limit. DO NOT reset the FULTON Boiler without determining and correcting the cause.
  • S
    Shelly RoseSep 5, 2025
Why does my FULTON Endura Boiler fail while modulating?
    • B
      Brooke FinleySep 5, 2025
If your FULTON Boiler fails while modulating, it could be due to an improperly set gas valve (verify the last elbow matches the start up report) or a blocked air supply if you have a direct vent system (verify venting is not obstructed).

    Cindy Walton MDSep 8, 2025
How do I fix burner harmonic or resonance in my FULTON Endura Boiler?
    • M
      Marc YoungSep 8, 2025
If you're experiencing burner harmonic or resonance in your FULTON Boiler, it may be due to improper combustion parameters or a fouled filter or burner. Inspect the air filter and replace it if dirty. Inspect the burner and clean it according to maintenance instructions if dirty. Verify combustion at all operating points. Proceed to resonator adjustment ONLY AFTER verifying the above and consulting the factory for resonator adjustment.

    lortizSep 12, 2025
What happens to my FULTON Endura during a power outage?
    • N
      ngomezSep 12, 2025
If there is a power outage to the boiler room, the entire FULTON Boiler system is disabled and de-energized. When power returns, the boiler will need to be manually reset, as it will be in the lockout position.

    Jamie RogersSep 13, 2025
How to fix a FULTON Boiler when the control does not illuminate?
    • T
      thomasmccoySep 13, 2025
If the control on your FULTON Boiler does not illuminate, the issue could be with the 24 VDC Power Supply. Check the fuse or circuit breaker and reset or replace it as necessary.
