What to do if the Boiler Low Water lamp is illuminated and Audible alarm sounds in my FULTON Boiler?
    • R
      rpattonAug 3, 2025
If the FULTON Boiler's low water lamp is illuminated and the audible alarm sounds, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that the feedwater supply line valves are open and that the ball valve in the tank is operating correctly by removing the inspection cover on the tank. There might be an obstruction in the feedwater line to the pump, so verify that the shut-off valve below the tank is open, remove and clean the filter in the strainer, and check the non-return valve. Another possible cause is an air lock in the pump, which can be resolved by bleeding the pump at the point provided. Also, check the connections to the water level probes and ensure that each relay is pressed firmly home on its base.

      Cheryl OrtegaAug 7, 2025
If the FULTON Boiler's tank indicates low water, ensure the valves in the feedwater supply line are open and that the feedwater solenoid valve is opening. Also, check that the feedwater relay is pressed firmly home on its base.

What to do if Pump Fault is indicated in my FULTON Boiler?
    • E
      Erik BellAug 13, 2025
If the FULTON Boiler indicates a pump fault, start by checking the circuit fuse and replace it if necessary. Also, verify that the thermal overload fitted to the pump motor contactor is set to the correct amperage and adjust if needed. If the fault persists after resetting the controls, it indicates a major fault that requires a competent person with electrical test equipment to correct.

    • R
      Richard PerezAug 23, 2025
If you are experiencing an element fault with your FULTON Boiler, the MCB may require resetting. If the fault continues, a competent person must fully check the element and the circuit.

How to fix Circuit Live indicator if it is not illuminated in my FULTON Boiler?
    • R
      Robert MartinAug 28, 2025
If the Circuit Live indicator is not illuminated on your FULTON Boiler, it could be due to a mains supply failure. Check the external circuit MCB and reset it if needed. Also, replace any blown fuses. The indicator lamp might also need replacing. Another cause could be that the door interlock microswitch is not made.
