What to do if my FULTON PHW 750 Boiler has a flame failure?

If the FULTON Boiler experiences flame failure, check the fuse or circuit breaker, and reset or replace it if necessary. Inspect the main control for a bad ground or faulty control and replace the control if required. Check the adjustment of pressure switch number 2, ensuring it's set at 1.5” w.c., and replace it if necessary. Verify all component connections for loose wires. Check the air flappers on the air valve plate and the gas flappers on the gas valve plate to ensure they are correctly placed, covering the holes. Check for any blockages in the exhaust piping and remove them. You can also try resetting the main control panel box on flame failure.
