      If the FULTON Boiler experiences flame failure, check the fuse or circuit breaker, and reset or replace it if necessary. Inspect the main control for a bad ground or faulty control and replace the control if required. Check the adjustment of pressure switch number 2, ensuring it's set at 1.5” w.c., and replace it if necessary. Verify all component connections for loose wires. Check the air flappers on the air valve plate and the gas flappers on the gas valve plate to ensure they are correctly placed, covering the holes. Check for any blockages in the exhaust piping and remove them. You can also try resetting the main control panel box on flame failure.

      If your FULTON Boiler is experiencing a starting or purge failure, begin by checking the fuse or circuit breaker and reset or replace it if necessary. For all models, inspect the on/off switch for loose wires. Also, examine the air switch, adjusting its sensitivity or replacing it if needed. Check the fan for proper operation and replace it if faulty. Inspect the flame rod for carbon buildup or cracks in the porcelain. Check the main control for a bad ground or a faulty control, replacing the control if necessary. Ensure the air inlet is not blocked and remove any obstructions. Examine the spark plug for carbon buildup, moisture, or cracks, and verify the gap is between 0.050” and 0.060”. Clean or replace the spark plug as needed.
