  If the pilot fails on your FULTON Boiler, several factors could be at play. Start by ensuring the manual shut-off valves are open, allowing gas to flow to the pilot tube. Then, adjust the incoming gas pressure and pilot gas pressure regulator to match the start-up report. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there may be air in the pilot gas line. In that case, allow the boiler to attempt lighting up to three times. If it still fails, it is recommended to call Fulton.

Adjust the UT32A accordingly. * The flame detector may be detecting an extraneous light source. Identify and remove the light source. If the problem persists, replace the flame detector. * The air switch may be activated when the fan is off. Try resetting the switch, and if that doesn't work, replace it. * The blower contactor might be engaged when the fan is off.
