Then, adjust the incoming gas pressure and pilot gas pressure regulator to match the start-up report. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there may be air in the pilot gas line. In that case, allow the boiler to attempt lighting up to three times. If it still fails, it is recommended to call Fulton.

If the problem persists, replace the flame detector. * The air switch may be activated when the fan is off. Try resetting the switch, and if that doesn't work, replace it. * The blower contactor might be engaged when the fan is off.
