Precautions for maintenance

n Inspect the machine after operation
• Perform inspections of bolts, oil leakage, cracks, damage, wear and hoses after operation every
day.
• If something is wrong with the machine, perform maintenance and contact your work shop or
manufacture to repair or replace the machine, if necessary.
• Operating the faulty machine without trouble shooting can cause unexpected machine damage or
accidents.

n Study safety maintenance
• Failure to follow inspection and maintenance instructions can cause, not only property damage,
but also serious injury or death.
• Before performing inspections for your particular machine carefully, and fully understand how to
inspect the machine safely, including safety precautions, tools, qualifications, safety clothing, etc.
• Clean the hydraulic breaker before inspection and maintenance for safe work.

n Protective clothing and device
• Performing inspection and maintenance without wearing protection can result in burns, cuts, falls,
eye damage and other injuries.
• Always wear safety glasses, safety helmet, safety boots, gloves and when necessary, ear
protections, when performing inspections. Make sure to wear a protective face shield, helmet,
and other protective gear when using a grinder or a hammer, to protect from flying bits of steel.
