      If the indicator light on your Gallagher Power Supply is flashing red, it could be due to insufficient sunlight reaching the energizer. Ensure the energizer is placed in a location where it receives adequate sunlight. Alternatively, turn the energizer OFF for 3 days and leave it in the sun to charge the battery. As another option, you can remove the battery from the energizer and charge it for 24 hours using a 6V 1.2A charger in a sheltered, well-ventilated area.

    What to do if there is no voltage on the fence with a Gallagher S16?

      To troubleshoot a Gallagher Power Supply showing no voltage on the fence, first check if the energizer is faulty. Disconnect it from both the fence and the earth. Then, use a Gallagher Fence Volt Meter to measure the voltage across the fence and earth terminals. If the reading is less than 5 kV, the energizer may be faulty and should be returned for service. However, if the reading is more than 5 kV, the issue lies with the fence or earth system itself.
