Check that the water reservoir is adequately filled to the fill line, and the ice box filter isn't clogged. Also, make sure there are no kinks in the Wrap or Connector Hose. Try turning the Control Unit off and on again. Disconnect and reconnect the hose from both the Control Unit and the Wrap, listening for a click at each connection point.
