      Press the power button on your Game Ready Control Unit. If no light appears, ensure the AC Adapter is plugged into a working outlet and all connections are secure by testing the outlet with another device. Press the power button again. If the Control Unit still does not turn on, call Customer Service.

      If your Game Ready Control Unit detects a dry pump, which stops the therapy to prevent damage, ensure you are using ATX Series Heat Exchangers. Check that the water reservoir is adequately filled to the fill line, and the ice box filter isn't clogged. Also, make sure there are no kinks in the Wrap or Connector Hose. Try turning the Control Unit off and on again. Disconnect and reconnect the hose from both the Control Unit and the Wrap, listening for a click at each connection point. Prime the Wrap by selecting “No Pressure,” attaching the hose, laying the Wrap flat (lower than the Control Unit), and running the system for 2 minutes.
