customers. These will help you prepare well for consultations, demonstrate
impressive detailed knowledge and increase anticipation with respect to the
robotic lawnmower.
Is an installation service available for my garden?
Installation of the GARDENA Robotic Lawnmower is generally very easy so
that you can do it yourself. However, if you do wish to engage an installation
service, GARDENA works with independent service partners who carry out
installations. If you have any questions about installation, please contact your
local installation service. The price for installation depends on local conditions
such as the size and complexity of the lawn, for example.
Is a planning service available for my garden?
If you send a true-to-scale drawing of the area (1:100 or 1:200), GARDENA
will offer to mark the ideal position of the charging station and will suggest
where to lay the boundary and guide wires.
Can I install the charging station in a corner or alcove?
It depends on the model. With SILENO and SILENO+ Robotic Lawnmowers,
the position of the charging station can be customised. With other models,
the position of the charging station must be selected in such a way that the
boundary wire can be laid in a straight line for at least 1.5 m to the left and
right of it. Problems could arise if you select a different location or a corner
position. Please always observe the installation instructions in the instruction
manual.
