POSSIBLE CAUSE
● If thetimedisplayflashes“F-and a nurnberyyouhavea functionerrorcode.
If a functionerrorcodeappearsduringthe self-cleaningcycle,checktheoven
doorlatch,me latchmayhavebeenmoved,evenif onlyslightiy,fromthe
latchedposition.Makesurethelatchis movedto therightas faras it willgo.
TurntheOvenTemperatureknobto off.Wlowtheovento coolforonehour.
Puttheovenbackintooperation.
● Disconnectallpowerto therangefor5 minutesandthenreconnectpower.
If thefailurecoderepeats,thencdI for service.
● Disconnectpowerto therangeat thefuseboxorcircuitbreakerfor at least
10seconds.
Turn power on and power up your range. If the indicator lights are
still on, cdl for service.
● Plug on range is not completely inserted in the electrical outlet.
● The circuit breaker in your house has been tripped, or a fuse has been blown.
● Oven controls not properly set.
● Door left in locked position after cleaning.
● Light bulb is loose or defective. Tighten or replace.
● Switch operating oven light is broken. Call for service.
● The Oven Temperature knob not set at BROIL. Make sure you turn the knob
dl the way to the BROIL position.
● Door not left open to the broil stop position as recommended.
● Improper shelf position being used. See the Broiling Guide.
cFood is being cooked on hot pan.
● Cookware is not suited for broiling.
● Aluminum foil used on the broil pan grid has not been fitted properly
and slit as recommended.
● The Oven Temperature knob not set correctly.
*Shelf position is incorrect. See the Roasting or Baking sections.
● Oven shelf not level.
● Incorrect cookwme or cookware of improper size is being used.
● A foil tent was not used when needed to slow down browning during roasting.
