The Temperature Probe
The temperature probe is a food thermometer that
gauges the internal temperature of your food. Use
the probe when you want to Convection Cook
or Combination Cook to a preferred internal
temperature. (Its appearance may vary from picture
shown.) The probe must be used when using
Temp
Cook/Hold or Combination Roast. To use the probe
properly, follow directions in the Combination
Roasting section.

Cook a Rolled Beef Rib Roast to Medium
Step 1: Insert temperature probe and attach probe
