  If your GE Ranges oven door won't open, it's likely locked because the temperature inside hasn't dropped below the locking temperature. Allow the oven to cool completely.

  If the oven light in your GE Ranges isn't working, the bulb may be loose or defective. Try tightening or replacing the bulb.

Why does my GE RGBS330 oven door glass look tinted or have a rainbow color?

  This is normal for a new GE Range. The inner oven glass has a heat barrier to reflect heat back into the oven, which helps prevent heat loss and keeps the outer door cool during baking. You may see a tint or rainbow color under certain lighting or angles.
