User qualifications
Without suitable training, users cannot detect or
may incorrectly estimate the hazards presented
by the pressing procedure. They are therefore at
risk of injuring themselves or others.

Users must be conversant with and apply
country-specific safety regulations.
•
Users working with the Geberit pressing jaws for
the first time must have been instructed by an
expert in the safe handling of the pressing jaws
or have attended a specialist course.
Following information and instructions
Failure to observe the safety notes and
instructions can lead to injuries.
•
Read through and observe all safety notes and
instructions relating to the Geberit pressing tool
and pressing jaw before commissioning.
•
Read and observe the safety notes for the
consumables used.
•
Retain all safety notes and instructions for future
use.
