6 Push the ends of the jaw lever together and remove the
Geberit pressing jaw from the Geberit pressfitting. Check the
pressing contour.
If a press connection has not been completely pressed – in
the event of a power cut, for example – it must be pressed
again. The Geberit pressing jaw and the pressing collar
must not be removed or rotated during the process.
Corrective pressing is performed in the same way as a
normal pressing operation. Depending on the state of the
preliminary pressing, there may be considerable idle stroke
before the pressing tool engages during corrective pressing.
