Installation and Maintenance Manual

INSTALLERS:

1.PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING THIS SYSTEM.

2.IT IS RECOMMENDED TO WAIT UNTIL THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS PRESSURIZED AND

RE-CHECK FOR ANY LEAKS BEFORE LEAVING INSTALLATION SITE.

3.THERE IS PROTECTION MATERIAL IN THE FILTERS, PLEASE KEEP FLUSH THE FILTERS

AT LEAST 30 MINUTES .

4.IT IS NORMAL FOR SOME BLACK CARBON FINES TO APPEAR IN THE WATER WHEN YOU

FLUSH NEW FILTERS.THE WATER PRODUCED SHOULD BE EMPTIED AND NOT USED.

5.DON'T FREEZE, ESPECIALLY RO MEMBRANE.

6.IF USING OZONE GENERATOR, PLEASE USE IT AFTER PRESSURE STORAGE TANK,

ORELSE IT WILL CAUSE EXPLOSION IF GAS FROM OZONE GENERATOR GOES INTO

PRESSURE STORAGE TANK.

What to do if my Geekpure RO4 has no product water?

  If your Geekpure Water System isn't producing any product water, it could be due to several reasons: * The water supply might be turned off. In this case, simply turn the feed water on. * The inlet water pressure might be less than 40 psi. Consider adding a booster pump kit. * The membrane might be clogged. If you've been using it for a year, replace the filters. If it clogs quickly, check your feed water quality, especially chlorine and hardness, and consider adding a device to remove these before the RO system. * The feed water valve might be plugged or closed. Open the valve or remove the clog.

  If your Geekpure Water System is not producing enough product water, check the following: * Ensure the water supply isn't blocked. Clear any restrictions. * The filters might be plugged. Replace the pre-filter cartridge(s). * There might be no drain flow because the drain flow restrictor is plugged. Clear or replace the flow restrictor.
