What to do if my GENMAC OTTO Remote Starter has no power output?

  If your GENMAC Remote Starter isn't providing power, first, immediately recharge the OTTO 8 in 1 Emergency Kit if the OTTO battery voltage is below 10 volts. If that's not the issue, reduce the load to a maximum of 400 watts if the appliance is drawing excessive current. Also, check and replace the inverter fuse if it's blown, ensuring the replacement fuse is the same type and rating. If these steps don't work, turn off the device and inverter, disconnect the device, turn the inverter on and leave it running for at least 2 minutes, turn off the inverter, quickly plug the device back into the inverter, and then turn on both the inverter and the device.
