Machine trouble Cause Solution
Pre-stretch motor can not work Voltage overload, power supply is not stable
Transformer card is broken
IC card is broken
Switch off the machine for 10 seconds then switch
on the machine
Check the lamp L4, L5 and L6 of transformer card is
on or not.
Check the message from Inverter manual
Pre stretch percentage is not
enough
Film is too thick
Operators should make decision themselves to
change the film or not
Film easy break Some objective or damage surface on the
pre-stretch roller
Pre stretch percentage is not proper
The quality of film is defective
Rub the rollers gently
Adjust the pre stretch ratio
Change the film
