2. Pull out the cotters on the knife.
3. Remove the pins that secure the knife.
1. To remove the upper part of the
pouch insert, press the ange on the
quick release couplings downwards.

Maintenance
The insert must be cleaned regularly, to ensure a good standard of hygiene. Use an acid-
based cleaner. Spray the cleaner over the insert and leave to act for ve minutes. Run
a process. If there is severe fouling, we recommend cleaning the insert mechanically
by dismantling it or by removing it and placing it in a solvent bath. Replace the knife
when necessary.

4. Grasp the knife and carefully
remove it from the attachments.
Be sure to collect the loose nylon
washers between the knife and the
rotating attachment.
Assembly is done in the reverse order.
