How to Program Magnetic Stirrers
Each GHL Doser supports 4 magnetic stirrers per station, allowing up to 16 total stirrers and 16
dosing pumps.
Here is how to program a Magnetic Stirrer:
1. Click on “Extras” drop-down box and select “Magnetic Stirrers”.
2. Select the Magnetic Stirrer number and input the following information:
● Activated by – Select to what device will cause the magnetic stirrer to activate.
● Index – Select the dosing pump number which will be assigned to this stirrer.
● Lead time – Select how many seconds in-advance the stirrer will turn on before the
dosing pump runs.
● Daily stir cycles – Select how many times this stirrer will turn on throughout the day.
Aside from the designated lead time.
● Stir duration – Select how many seconds the stirrer will run when activated.
● Speed – Select the speed at which the stirrer should run. Max speed is 14.
3. Save your settings.
