What to do if my GILES FSH-3.5 is not heating and the CHECK/WASH LEDs are on?

If your GILES Commercial Food Equipment isn't heating, the hood power is on, the CHECK and/or WASH LEDs are illuminated, the appliance powered light is off, and an intermittent alarm is sounding, there could be several reasons: * The EAC might be shorted, requiring repair. * The EAC could be dirty and needs cleaning. * The EAC power supply may be faulty and require replacement. * The EAC wires could be shorted, so check the voltage. * The contact plate might be bad, necessitating replacement. * The EAC module could be faulty, requiring replacement. * The EAC ionizer wire might be broken or missing, so replace the ionizer wire.
