If the drive unit of your GILGEN Door Opening System isn't working, check the following: * Ensure the program switch is in position 1. * Verify the customer-provided mains switch is turned on. * Confirm the power plug is properly plugged in. * Check the customer-installed fuse and replace it if defective.
