11. Description of the hot water circuit for extraction of the
coffee
1.1 litre insulated boiler, dedicated just to coffee dispensing, heated with 500 W electric heating element.
Dispensing activated by movement of the lever but managed electronically by block 3-way electrovalves and
50 litre volumetric pump with operating time-out set at 120 seconds.
Unit heated with 200 W electric heating element.
Both managements of the heating elements take place via temperature probes that use PID function to
reach and maintain the values set.
12. Description of the hot water circuit for tea and steam
preparation
2.5 L insulated boiler, dedicated to heating the water and steam via the 800 W electric heating elements.
Dispensing by opening the steam/water taps making use of the internal pressure of the boiler.
Management of the heating elements take place via temperature probes that use PID function to reach and
maintain the values set. The change in boiler temperature does not affect the coffee dispensing service
temperature.
If the steam and hot water do not have to be used, boiler heating can be disabled.
