Problem What to do
I can’t pair the cylinder
speaker with my Bluetooth
device
I can’t hear my music.
I can’t turn ON my
cylinder speaker.
My device keeps on
disconnecting from
the cylinder speaker.
Turn On the cylinder speaker.
Make sure that the Line-in cable is not
connected.
Turn the cylinder speaker ON.
Using the volume control on your device,
turn the volume up.
Make sure that the cylinder speaker is
fully charged.
Press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to
turn it ON.
Make sure the cylinder speaker is fully charged.
Make sure that the LED indicator circle
is flashing blue.
If it is not flashing blue, it is already paired
to another device. Un-pair that device and
try again.
Make sure that your device is not further than
10 meters away from the cylinder speaker.
If the Line-in cable is connected, removed it.
