Problem What to do
I can’t turn on my High
Power Bass Party
Speaker.
Recharge the built-in battery.
I can’t hear my music.
I can’t pair the High
Power Bass Party
Speaker with my
Bluetooth device.
Turn on the High Power Bass Party
Speaker. Make sure Bluetooth mode
has been selected.
It is already paired to another device.
Un-pair that device and try again.
Increase the volume level by press and
holding the Increase Volume button.
Increase the volume level on the
connected device.
My device keeps on
disconnecting from
the High Power Bass
Party Speaker.
Make sure that your device is not further
than10 meters away from the Bluetooth
Speaker.
