Ignition
Remove the stone retention wedges
before lighting the oven. To light the gas
burner press the control knob in and turn
the knob 90˚ until you hear a clicking
sound and the burner ignites.
If the burner does not light after several
tries turn the gas off at the bottle
and leave the oven for 5 minutes to
ensure any gas has dissipated before
reattempting the ignition process.
The fl ame should be yellow in colour and
roll along the top of the oven.
If the fl ame is extinguished during use
the gas fl ow will automatically be cut off
by the oven. If this happens, turn the
gas off at the bottle and leave Arc for 5
minutes to ensure any gas has dissipated
before reattempting the ignition process.
