On your fi rst fi ring we highly recommend
putting the burner on a medium to low
fl ame for 30 minutes to help cure the
oven before moving to a high fl ame.
On subsequent fi rings after curing, you
can bring the oven up to the desired
temperature from ignition. If the oven has
been dormant for an extended period,
you should cure the oven again as if it
was a fi rst fi ring. Always check that the
oven is clean and free from accumulated
grease and other cooking residue before
