does not hook properly on the reel hub (15) or the pin

which is welded to the inside of the lower reel flange (13),
replace the spring. See Fig 9. If the pin is broken, the lower
reel flange must be replaced.
To
remove the spring,
use
a locking pliers

to compress
several rows ofthe spring together. Then lift
out
the spring.

clamps around the keeper and spring bands
