  If the main burners on your Graco Industrial Equipment kettle do not ignite or burn correctly, start by checking the kettle gas safety valve knob position (turn knob to ON position). Also, ensure that the kettle temperature control dial is set to a temperature 25° F (13.9° C) higher than the material temperature. Check for disconnected gas lines and ensure that all hose fittings are connected and tightened, and inspect for gas leaks. Additionally, unplug any burner holes and lines that may be plugged.
