WARNING
To reduce the risk of fire and explosion, which could cause serious injury and property damage, the PC
must be in a non-hazardous location.
If connecting RS-232 cable to a unit used in a hazardous location, a safety barrier must be installed
between the PC and unit. Use Kit 246397/248403 and see F
IG. 2 for installation requirements.
Except as noted, instructions in this manual apply to both ProMix Easy and Xtreme Mix units,
which are referred to as “the unit”.

    What to do if the Graco Xtreme Mix Industrial Equipment program does not start?

      If the Graco program isn't starting, here are a few things to check: * First, ensure that the power is on. * Make sure cable 118342 and any adapters are fully seated at both the PC and the connected ports. * See if any other programs are using the same PC communication port. Communication conflicts often occur with fax and handheld computer software, so close or deactivate any potentially conflicting software. * You can also try switching to another PC communication port. * If you're using Hyper Terminal, try closing and restarting it. * Press the PC Enter key multiple times to see if the main menu appears. * To isolate the problem, try communicating with a different PC, RS-232 cable, or ProMix Easy, XtremeMix or XtremeMix 185 system, if available.
