The extension cord could be damaged, too long, or not heavy enough gauge; test it with a working device and replace if necessary. A damaged sprayer electrical cord could also be the cause; inspect for broken insulation or wires and replace if needed.

For a stuck outlet valve check ball, open the Easy-Access door, unscrew the outlet valve, and clean the assembly. Also, tighten the suction tube connection and inspect for any leaks. If the Prime/Spray valve is clogged, clean or replace the drain tube, but if the drain valve is clogged return the sprayer to an authorized service center.
