If your Graco Paint Sprayer gun isn't spraying, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the pump is operating correctly; refer to the pump manual for guidance. Check for and clear any clogs in the fluid line. Verify that the fluid valve is open. Clean any clogs present in the orifice or needle seat. Inspect and clean the air lines to ensure proper trigger or actuator air pressure. Lastly, replace worn or dry piston packings.
