Engine Removal and Installation
1. Allow sprayer to cool and follow Pressure Relief
Procedure in primary operation manual (3A6400).
2. Unplug wires from control box.
3. Loosen and remove four washers and four screws.
Remove gear box assembly and pump.
4. Remove clutch assembly and housing. Refer to
Pinion Assembly/Clutch Armature/Clamp section
in manual 3A6400.
5. Loosen and remove two screws and two nuts.
Remove engine.
6. Replace engine and reverse steps 1-4.
