a. Navigate to System Screen 3.
b. Press to enter the screen.
c. Navigate to the pressure imbalance field.
d. Type the desired pressure imbalance setting
then press .
e. Press and input the specific gravity (SG) of
each material into the ADM.
16. Flush the System
NOTE: System components will contain testing oil from
the factory. Perform the following procedure when the
machine is initially installed. Both supply and pressure
relief must be flushed.
a. Close both A side (Red) and B side (Blue) feed
inlet valves on the system. See F
IG. 2 on page
14.
b. Close A side (Red) and B side (Blue) material
return ball valves on the system.
c. Close both A side (Red) and B side (Blue) mate-
rial supply ball valves on the system.
d. Place the applicator return hoses into a con-
tainer.
e. Fill tank A (Red) with approximately 5 gal. (19 l)
of material and tank B (Blue) with approxi-
mately 2 gal. (8 l) of material.
f. Pressurize both material tanks.
NOTICE
To prevent cross contamination, keep components
A (Red) and B (Blue) in separate containers.
