There are several potential reasons why the pot isn't pressurizing correctly. Here's what to check: 1. Ensure your air supply provides 100-125 psi (6.8–8.6 bar, 0.68–0.86 MPa) at the air inlet pressure gauge. Verify the air compressor setup if the pressure is insufficient. 2. Confirm that the Emergency Stop is disengaged. 3. Check that the water tank is full and the inlet ball valve is open to ensure adequate water supply to the pump. 4. Verify that the pot pressure regulator isn't set too low, and increase the setting if needed. 5. Inspect the pop-up and gasket for abrasive material and ensure the pop-up spring is functioning correctly. Clean the parts and ensure the pop-up seals firmly.
