  If your Graco Sprayer's power switch is on, it's plugged in, but the motor isn't running and the pump isn't cycling, here are a few things to check: First, make sure the pressure isn't set to zero by turning the pressure control knob clockwise. Second, ensure the electric outlet is providing power by checking that the lighted plug on the sprayer is lit and reset the building circuit breaker or replace the fuse if needed. Also, inspect the sprayer's electric cord for damage and replace it if necessary. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the motor or control might be damaged, and you should take the sprayer to an authorized service center.

  If your Graco Sprayer pump cycles but doesn't build up pressure, first, ensure the Prime/Spray valve is in the SPRAY position (pointing forward). If that's not the issue, make sure the inlet screen isn't clogged and the suction tube is fully immersed in the fluid. Also, check the suction tube for any cracks or cuts, ensuring the clamp is securely on the hose. Replace the suction tube if it's damaged.

  If your Graco Sprayer pump cycles but the paint only dribbles or spurts when the spray gun is triggered, first, slowly turn the pressure control knob clockwise to increase the pressure setting. If the issue persists, the spray tip may be clogged, so unclog it.

  If the pressure on your Graco Sprayer is set at maximum, but you can't achieve a good spray pattern, start by checking if the spray tip is clogged. If it is, unclog it. Also, make sure the reversible spray tip isn't in the UNCLOG position; rotate the arrow-shaped handle so it points forward on the gun. Ensure that the inlet screen isn't clogged by cleaning any debris off of it.

If you're using an electrical generator, it should have a proper voltage regulator and supply 120VAC, 60 Hz, 1500 Watts.
