Repair Heated Hose
Refer to the heated hose manual 309572 for hose
replacement parts.
Check Hose Heat Power Connectors
1. Perform Shutdown, page 44.
Note
Whip hose m us t b e c on nec ted .
2. Disconnect power harness (PM) from hose
termination box terminal block (TB).

3. For Series A only: Disconnect hose connector
(D) at Reactor.

4. Using an ohmmeter, check between the
connectors (D). There should be continuity.
5. If hose fails test, retest at each length of hose ,
including whi p hose, until failure is isolated.
