6.4 POWER TAKE OFF CONTROL
1. Thread jam nut onto PTO shaft (supplied). Thread
ball joint (supplied) onto PTO shaft until overall
length of shaft and ball joint is 17.00 inches,

2. Install rod/ball joint assembly onto tractor,
Figure 15.
3. Start unit and test operation of PTO. Test to ensure
that all interlocks function as described in the
owner’s manual.
NOTE:
Slight adjustment of the PTO rod length may be
necessary to achieve proper operation.
