GARANTIE
LIMITED WARRANTY
This air conditioner is covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship including the compressor, if
used for the applications specified in this ownerʼs manual, for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original
purchase in Canada.
Note : The internal compressor is covered by a 5-YEAR limited warranty.
During the warranty period, if this air conditioner fails under normal use, GREE will, at its option, either repair the unit or
replace it, free of charge, within a reasonable period of time after the air conditioner is returned.
As a condition to any warranty service obligation, the customer must present this warranty certificate along with the proof of
purchase.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER :
1. Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the air conditioner that are not caused by materials or workmanship defect.
2. Damage caused by misuse, tampering or failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions provided in this
ownerʼs manual.
3. Damage to the finish of the unit enclosure or to other outer features caused by wear.
4. Filter.
5. Damage caused by repairs or modifications to the air conditioner made by any person not duly authorized by GREE
6. Insurance and freight costs for the warranty service.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED TO A ONE
YEAR (1) PERIOD COVERED BY THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. GREE DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL GREE. LIABILITY EXCEEED THE RETAIL
VALUE OF THIS AIR CONDITIONER FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO
THIS AIR CONDITIONER.
Keep this ownerʼs manual along with your proof of purchase in a safe place for future reference.
You must provide proof of purchase for warranty service.

Ce climatiseur est couvert par une garantie limitée de UN (1) AN, à partir de la date de son achat original, contre tout
d
éfaut de fabrication, pièces et main-dʼœuvre, si utilisé conformément aux instructions spécifiées dans ce guide.
Durant la période de garantie, si le climatiseur fait défaut lors dʼun usage normal, GREE aura le choix de le réparer ou le
remplacer à ses frais et ce, dans un délai raisonnable suivant la réception de lʼunité à son centre de service.
Comme pour toute autre garantie, le consommateur propriétaire de ce climatiseur devra présenter le certificat de garantie
ainsi que la preuve dʼachat original lors de la demande de service.
CETTE GARANTIE NE COUVRE PAS :
1. Tout dommage, accidentel ou autrement, ne résultant pas dʼun défaut de fabrication.
2. Tout dommage résultant dʼune utilisation abusive, dʼune modification faite au produit ou dʼun bris découlant dʼun mauvais
entretien ou dʼune manipulation contraire aux instructions spécifiées dans ce guide.
3. Tout dommage au fini du boîtier ou des accessoires causé par lʼusure.
4. Le filtre.
5. Tout dommage résultant de réparations effectuées par une personne non autorisée par GREE
6. Les coûts dʼassurance et de transport pour le service de garantie.
TOUTES LES GARANTIES TACITES, INCLUANT LA GARANTIE TACITE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE, SONT LIMITÉES À
UNE DURÉE DE UN (1) AN POUR CETTE GARANTIE EXPRESSE LIMITÉE DU CLIMATISEUR. GREE DÉCLINE TOUTE
RESPONSABILITÉ DES DOMMAGES ACCESSOIRES ET EN AUCUN CAS LA RESPONSABILITÉ DE GREE NE DEVRA
EXCÉDER LE PRIX DʼACHAT INITIAL DU CLIMATISEUR POUR RUPTURE DE GARANTIE ÉCRITE OU IMPLICITE EN
CONFORMITÉ AVEC CE CLIMATISEUR.
