  Your Gree Air Conditioner might not be running due to several reasons: a broken fuse or opened breaker (change the fuse or close the breaker); power being off (restart the unit when power is restored); a loose power supply plug (plug the power supply properly); insufficient energy in the remote controller (change the battery); or the remote controller being out of range (keep the control distance within 8 meters).

  If your Gree Air Conditioner isn't cooling or heating correctly, consider these possibilities: the air intake/outlet of the indoor/outdoor unit might be clogged (clear any obstacles); the temperature setting could be improper (adjust the setting on the remote controller); the fan speed might be too low (adjust the setting on the remote controller); the airflow direction might be incorrect (adjust the setting on the remote controller); a door or window might be open (close it); direct sunlight might be entering the room (use a curtain or blinds); there might be too many heat sources in the room (reduce them); or the filter screen might be dirty (clean it).
