13.Check before trial running
★ Checking the unit and electric control
Check if appearance of unit and pipeline system is damaged during transporting or conveying.
Check if wiring terminals of electric elements are loose and phase sequence is correct.
Check if power supply is in accordance with that on nameplate.
Check if connection of power supply and control circuit is well, grounding is reliable and all
wiring terminals are firm.
Check if vane of fan motor during rotating touches with casing or protection grill nets.
Check thermal sensor is inserted well.
Checking water tank and pipeline system ★
Check if water is full of water tank.
Check if thermal sensor is inserted well.
Check if heat preservation of refrigerant connection pipe system is well.
Check if all needed valves are started or shut off.
Check if the installation of other water pipe systems is correct.
。Check if end cap on water tank and thermal sensor is tightened.
14.Trail running
Trial run must be performed under the guidance of professionals after passing all the
examination.
★ Energize and turn on the unit. To the unit that adopts 3-phase power, when wire sequence of
power is in reverse, phase sequence protection works, then fan, motor, compressor and water
pump will not run. At that time, cut off power first, exchange the two phases among the 3-phase
power, then energize the unit again and turn on the unit.
★ After startup for 3 min, fan and compressor will start automatically.
★ If abnormal sound of compressor occurs after startup, please stop the unit immediately and
check it.
★ During heating operation of the unit in winter, if temp of thermal sensor Tout ≤setting temp.
-5℃, the compressor will start to run .If Tout≥ setting temp, the compressor will stop.
★ After trail run, the unit can normally operate till cleaning the filter of pipeline. After a period of
time (like three months), the filter should be periodically cleaned once a month.
Note: Since the unit adopts hermetic scroll compressor, phase sequence of power
supply must be correct and compressor is not allowed to reverse for a long time.
