15.Daily operation and maintenance
1. Operation and Maintenance of Host Unit
★ The filter of water system must be cleaned periodically to ensure cleanliness of water and
prevent filth blockage.
User should operate the manual controller installed indoors to start or stop the unit or setting ★
parameters.
★ All safety devices in the unit have been set before outgoing, which are not allowed to change to
prevent the unit from damage.
Don’t cut off power after stopping the unit. But if the stop time is long (more than 2 days) and ★
power supply is cut off after stopping，power the unit on ahead to preheat the unit for above 6
hr before restarting the unit.
Never put anything on the unit or its accessories .Keep dry, clean and ventilated around the unit. ★
Clear the dust covering fins of condenser timely to ensure performance of the unit.
Usually check the water system, water tank and exhaust devices to ensure reliability of the unit.★
Check if water pump, water way valve, water pipe and joints are normal. ★
Check each part of the unit usually and if there is greasy dirty with join★ ts of pipeline and gas
valve to ensure non-leakage of refrigerant.
2. Operation and maintenance of insulating water tank
★ Without using of electric heating tube, water tank can not directly contact with power supply of
heavy current .The on-off of compressor is controlled by thermal sensor sensing water temp at
the middle-lower part of water tank.
★ Upon using electric heating, 3-phase power supply must be provided for electric heater by users
through the wiring terminals of electric heating tube in electric cabinet. For limitation of capacity
of leakage protector, the voltage of electric heater usually can not exceed 9kW.If the electric
heater above 9kW is needed, separate power supply should be provided for it, meanwhile,
leakage protector with relevant capacity must be added into the electric circuit. Please refer to
local rules about the actual capacity and specification of it.
★ Charge the water tank with water and exhaust the air in water system to ensure normal operation.
★ Other water pipe systems of water tank can get corresponding hot water after correct installation
and success debugging.
★ The water temp in water tank had better not exceed 60 to prevent scaling.℃
★ If the water tank is not in use for a long time, discharge the water from the water outlet at the
